Our office is a Sparato Center to administer Esketamine. 

A consultation visit is required if you are not yet established with our practice. Following the consultation, if our provider agrees the treatment is the best course of action we proceed with working with your pharmacy. Our office does not stock the medication, it's your responsibility as the patient to know if your insurance will cover the treatment. Required follow-ups are necessary for the continual treatment of the medication typically done every 6 weeks. 

We are a self pay office, meaning we do not accept/bill insurances. The cost for each nasal spray is a low cost out-of-pocket. 

As for the medication itself, that is up to your insurance company and if it is covered by your selected plan. 

Varies dependent on each person. Most start at 2x per week and work their way to once every other week over a period of several months. Key thing to remember is this is a life long drug commitment.
